I wanna framework, system and mindset for decision making, strategic planning, learning and preventing mistakes in the midst of uncertainty and possibility to be super wrong, it will be intellectual challenge for you and me, maybe we will learn it together

Scientific method:

Make a hypothesis (a plan that you think will move you towards your goal)
Test it (take action).
Evaluate (did that action bring me closer to goal? If not, what did I learn for next time?)

Repeat to infinity.

The only way to avoid making mistakes is by getting experience. And the only way to get experience is to take action that might result in making mistakes.

And you will get that experience 100x faster by taking action then by reading about others taking action.

I guess "failure" and "success" are in our head only before we take action, after we take action, it is often mixture of both.

Failure is a necessary step on the path to success. You can't avoid it completely.
