I don't know if this is the correct forum to ask this question. But I thought it was the most suited one. If not please move it mods.
I currently design and produce all the products I'm selling. I don't sell very many products but I want to increase sales by setting up a web store. Thing is that I want to set it up as a registered business. Meaning I would be liable for damages inflicted by my products. And I don't sell enough products to go for an insurance or a ltd business structure (or similar) to deflect any risks.
The sales volumes are also way too low to get the products CE or TÃœV approved.
How do you guys sort out the product liability of the products you sell? Whether its a service or a physical product.
