    • (2) Buy packages - DONE
    • (3) Start selling online (NOT DONE) and offline (DONE)
  • And then:
    • Spend 2000 dollars on advertising. Will test copy and e-com
    • Check volume, ACV and conversions of the funnel. Tweak things and test again. Do it until metrics are good (probably 2-3% end to end conversion). At the same time, my wife will create organic content and start selling to her old customers
    • Spend more money with influencers and ads

      • (2) Get credit card machine for in person sales - CHOSEN BUT NOT DONE
  • Next Week Goals
    • Wife
      • (1) Catalog products for e-com
      • (2) buy rest of things that go inside the box
      • (3) Finish videos and photo details that will go in the launching process on instagram
    • Me
      • (1) Buy mini boxes for inventory management and other ones (SKUs stickers)
      • (2) Get credit card machine for in person sales
      • (3) Finish e-com final adjusments. Make the website ready to go live and create a fake order again

- Wife sold in person. Yup, first sales made!! Her fiends loving the branding and the product

Taking too long to launch the e-com. Focus on lauching it fast
