Hi, i have failed 2 businesses by now and i am 18, when my recent business was successful, a big issue i had with systamnising a marketing function, now i know your thinking about a classic marketing agency but i have yet to find someone who does my idea
Heres the main components of making a viral video
you need:
1. Script
2. model that knows how to record properly (my biggest issue was the models where very stiff)
3. a editor that knows how to edit for viewer retention
4. social media manager

These are the essentials, and then we have other components like influencer marketing & a great graphic designer
Apart from social media manager, every other point i mentioned is a PAIN IN THE A*S, to do each section with perfection needs its own group of KILLERS, and someone who runs a clinic, or a ecom brand just cant be good at it , even Airup and there recent "air you high" ads are just very bad.
Influencer marketing is also very difficult , i spent 100 hours making a reachout template, to gifting, product promos, how much to pay each girl , and all that
so most business people go to many agencies which is a big time waste, for every one agency you are paying an additional 20% for THERE operational costs, or they do it themselves and burn through thousands of dollars throigh trial and error
HOW TO TEST THE IDEA?
I will first work as a freelancer to do script writing , its what im good at... and THEN ill hire a editor and whoever is hiring me , im gonan offer them to edit there videos, and from there we keep sclaing up , eventually i have my own website and this is a 3 year process for me right...
AND MY GOAL:
to have a package for $10,000 that costs me $5,000. Here i will make them 30 tiktoks, some influencer posts, instagram for the month and fully handle there content cration PROPERLY and proffesionally
we will use A.I to analyse viral videos and make templates, similar to copy writing templates
