As some may know by now, my father runs a wholesale business. He is selling mostly to asian custumers, who run those typical "cheap" asian stores with no branding whatsoever.
The problem, is that those stores are declining and my father looses customers over time.
I want to tackle this problem at the root, by helping my father´s customers(asian shop owners) to make more sales, so they can stay in business!
They are usually very bad at marketing and sales. Another major problem is to influence the asian shop owners to employ those sales tactics.
I´ve made some ideas. when I talk about customers, I talk about the asian shop owners:
Lead Magnet
->give customer a set of new bags, that resemble a "brand" and is more tylish than those fad typical plastic bags
->invent something, that the customer would want to buy to gain more customers(I dont know what)
->give them cookies(or something like that) that they can give their customers, when they buy something
Profit Maximizer
->discount coupons(the problem here is, we cant give the shop owners the coupons and expect them to use them on their own customers)
Tips eBook
->a free eBook for shop owners on making more sales
Retargeting
->making the logo bags a special asian shop brand
