Hello.
Here are some of my favorite sayings that I've shared with my kids over the years (who now all have Masters degrees from top schools and huge college debt to prove it). What are your favorites?
It's nice to live by these, but because we are human, at least most of us are, sometimes we falter and fall. Then, all we can do is get up, dust ourselves off, and try again (an take our foot out of our mouth).
I've told some of these sayings to students I've tutored and other young people. I just hope they heard me. Sometimes, I hope I've heard me.
Have fun with this!
P.S. I've never shared these in a public setting, but I'm so impressed with this new-found forum which I am truly enjoying, that I thought this was a fitting place to share them. I do hope others especially young folk will benefit from these before sayings die off in future generations as 'old stuff that has no relevance in today's world.'
