I'm launching a video call based dating app. To get it going I need a enough people to use it in one area at the same time.
So I'm trying to advertise the app in one day.
I can't use reddit, facebook, or Google ads due to various issues (reddit and facebook only allow large dating apps, Google disabled the account, I believe, because I used a coupon sent to my old LLC for this LLC).
I've tried snap ads but they only seem to spend ~$20/day with auto bid or even ridiculously high bids.
I'm targeting people in a 20 year age range in a single large US city which obviously limits the total audience.
Does anyone know how to get snap to spend everything in a day?
Or know of a better network for it (Tiktok, twitter, another mobile ad network?)

Interesting dilemma although I don't understand why major sites that offer targeting won't let you advertise. It kinda puts you in a low/no-probability situation. Your battle here might not be "where" to advertise, but to get approved on the big networks that allow city targeting.

Also search for "best ad venues for geo targeting" you might come up with some alternatives.

If you don't find a solution (I don't know of any good way to spend one's entire budget in one day efficiently) you could think of a different strategy. Getting everyone to use the app on one day, but preparing them over time.

With a launch.

So you buy traffic to a landing page that gets people on a list and promises the bigass dating site revolution. Everyone who wants to get it on with someone should get ready, because on date X the doors will open to the best dating site ever.

You give them some valuable content to explain the problem and why your solution is better than other people's

You send them some nurturing emails while you're preparing the launch.

You may even get their demographic data to match them with their best fit as soon as the site launches.

And then... BAM. Everyone who would use the site on a whim and more will end up using it on launch day and you'll have the positive effect you're looking for of real people meeting real people instead of a dead ghosttown dating app.

Tiktok has been getting a ton of steam in terms of advertising.
Might be worth a shot if you're good at shortform eyecatching content.

Also since the app is videocall based, using a video-based platform makes sense.
