It has been a while since I have posted on here, but I am looking at an owner-financing deal on a Self-Storage facility. I am new to this industry, but if the numbers work, then I don't see why I can't run this just as well as anyone else!
So to the questions:
Has anyone taken a failing Self-Storage facility and turned it around? (at 30% occupancy)
Does anyone currently run any of these facilities and just have some advice?
I am just looking for some direction and some advice. Thanks everyone!
