Thanks for sharing this, i'm sure many people will find it helpful.
Sleep is so underrated imo. We cant function without it, yet many of us would rather play video games all night, rather than sleep. My life get much better after paying proper attention to my sleep.
No worries. Ironically enough, I had terrible sleep last night! My wife was thrashing around having bad dreams, I bailed to the sofa at about 4 a.m.
Hopefully tonight is better, I want to aim for no later than 10,30.
