i would like to ask about your opinion about living and working in USA, specifically how can i learn about taxes, corporations specially that i will go to california by august. I would like to understand a litle more about America thru its people, like minded entrepreneurs.

My background is i worked moust of my life in a family owned supermarket in Brazil it was all i knew at the time, life was good my parets provided me any my wishes i admit i was spoiled, living this aparent paradise but always felt hollow i whanted to acomplish something in my life do something myself.
I moved to Taiwan studied chinese, married and worked with computers.
We moved to Japan had childrem.
We visited California many times my wife studied in ucla, i allways dreamed about California and i suspect its a pitfall i looked america as an outsider never really lived there more than a month.
