Figure out your goal.
"Choose the right lake.
Choose the right boat.
Then row as hard as you can."

Find a role model who's achieved your goal.
Lets say you want to become good at public speaking. All you need to do is find these people and consume as much of their content as possible.

Pretend you are them with as many micro decisions as possible.
Your beliefs about yourself are very important. With every micro decision, convince and tell yourself that you are the person you want to become.

Sounds easy doesn't it?
