If you DOUBT your ability to ANYTHING in life - This post is for you.
Doubt is a combination of two things:
The Old Way of Doing Things
For most people, when they do something (physically) a couple of times, they are finally convinced they can do it. The problem that they face, if they're a first-time entrepreneur, is that when they're building their first business - they often don't take the actions they need to take because they're not fully convinced it's possible for them.
Then, years later, they finally have their first major breakthrough, and they are convinced they could do it all along. When you're at this point, now, you can look back and realize it was possible for you all along...it was simply those thoughts and emotions that made it seem like it wasn't possible for you.
And at that point, since you are absolutely certain you can already build a business...it is much easier to not only grow your business now, but when you're ready to start your second or third business - you have the confidence that you can build a busienss quicker, now...because you are convinced you can do it....
The New Way of Doing Things
But luckily for you, there's an interesting study that demonstrates that your unconscious mind can't tell the difference between real and imagined events.
So, what if...by using a simple series of thought processes, you can remove any doubt and be fully convinced that you already have what it takes to build your first business today. What if...these techniques are not only so powerful, that you'll feel as if you built a business before, but when you are convinced you can do it...you can take more action today to get more results tomorrow...

By using two mindset reprogramming techniques called The Convincer Strategy and Future Pacing, you can instantly and effortlessly remove any doubts you have, and install the confidence that you have what it takes to grow your business today...
Step 1 - The Convincer Representational Filter
Remember, the unconscious mind can't tell the difference between real and imagined events.
The way you reprogram your mind is through different modalities (seeing, hearing, feeling, etc.). Each individual person has their own preferred modality. To determine which one yours is, when it come to being convinced you're able to do something, answer the following question. You can reference past examples in other areas of life.
Question: How do you know when you are able to do something?
Now that you know which modality you are working with, it is time to determine how many how many times/how long that filter has to be fulfilled before you are convinced.
Question: How often do you have to demonstrate your ability to do something before you're convinced?
The old way of doing things: He would go out to the bars and get three girls numbers, and only then will he have the confidence. Logically telling him he can do it isn't enough.
The problem with this, as you already know - is that before you're convinced you can do something, you procrastinate, you don't take action, and you continue being stuck where you are.

Step 3- Future Pacing
Since your mind can't tell the difference between real and imagined events, I instructed my friend to imagine himself in the future of getting a girl's phone number successfully...once.
1. "See what you would see, hear what you would hear, feel what you would feel...imagine that you just got a girl's phone number".
He did this, I asked him if he was convinced he could do it again, and he said no.
"Imagine 2 weeks in the future you do it again. See..Hear...Feel...imagine you got the second one"
Still not convinced...
"Imagine 3 weeks in the future you do it again. See..Hear...Feel...imagine you got the third one"
Are you convinced?
Yes...
From that point forward, he was not only convinced he could go out to bars and get dates...but he actually started doing it and getting great results, despite never going out before.
When you are convinced and have the confidence that you can do something (Get dates, run a profitable ad campaign, build a business), you'll start taking the actions you need to take, and you'll start getting the results you'll need to get.
