The Inner DEVILS Voice - Productivity Killer

One thing I have noticed so far is whenever I am procrastinating there is an inner voice directing what I will do. It's the one “VOICE” arguing inside our mind and the “VOICE” mostly possess the power that leads to procrastination, but we are the one unconsciously giving it the ultimate power to control what we will do, whether we get the things done even if we don't want to or procrastinating and later regretting the decision we took. Procrastination is not one decision its rather multiple, it's not like that I am NOT going to finish this task today and then you go on doing something else delaying it for tomorrow, rather its when you tell yourself and give excuses on delaying the task with in a shorter period of time less than 24hrs and making micro decisions on when you are going to complete the task, once the delaying of the task starts with micro decisions it’s late. So rather try to stop it when the micro decisions on delaying have already started to succeed or in other terms you already procrastinated once giving an excuse that it's 10:12 and you were supposed to start at 10:10 and now you gotta WAIT for 10:30 to start. The micro processes of delaying needs to stop from its roots, which starts from the inner voice, which is the root cause, that dictates your micro processes or that causes the delaying as it is something that is killing our productivity let's call it the “Devil’s Inner Voice” It starts when you start arguing with yourself on when you are going to finish the task and you decide. It is not immediate but you set yourself up for doing it soon or intermediately but not immediately such as you say “let's start at 10:30 because now it's 10:10”, and once you arrive the mark of 10:30 you are like okay let's start after 5 mins and here you go you are already too deep into the hole and now its much tougher to get out of it, it's not impossible but the chances overall decreases. What we need to do is stop that DEVILS VOICE arguing on WHEN TO START and WHAT TO START and stop him from dictating you on what you are going to do and without analysing or thinking much looking for a gap in your schedule to postpone your work you immediately set the task and start on it without thinking much on when are you going to finish it or what other tasks you could do alternatively. Start on the most urgent and important task and I am pretty sure you will find a quadrant on how to prioritise your tasks on google. So start the work without thinking at all, never let it start speaking to you as this is the DEVIL that is the direct enemy which is trying to delay your goal after all, it does not delay a task rather it delays your dreams killing your most precious resource TIME.

THE KEY IS NOT LETTING IT SPEAK FROM THE VERY GO (WHEN YOU DECIDE ON WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO) AND PREVENTING IT FROM ENTERING YOUR HEAD BY NOT GIVING IT A CHANCE TO SPEAK OR NOT THINKING MUCH ABOUT THE TASK AND START ATTACKING THE TASK IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT THINKING AT ALL.
