Back in March I made a relatively popular post searching for some advice on linking with investors. At that point all I had was an idea and solid business plans. Since then, I taught myself to code and built the alpha version of the product. Getting great responses from early users so far.
I believe that I'm at the point where I can raise some seed funding from an angel. Warm introductions work much better than being in the pile of applications/emails, and an intro from a trusted entrepreneur is even better. So here I am.
I'd like to chat with entrepreneurs who have raised funding at the seed level before. If you like my idea, and think I wouldn't ruin your credibility, then I am willing to offer equity for a warm introduction. Also if anyone can offer such an introduction and has the bandwidth to spare, I'm searching for a formal advisor as well to join my team; also for equity of course.
Prefer that the entrepreneur and angel be in Southern California, but not required.
