the SECRET...........REVEALED !
A few years ago when, Alan Grenspan, was the Chair of the Fed. he used to go to the trenches for information. I had a good friend that was a mortgage broker here in south Florida who was on Alans’ mailing list. Alan had the country divided into 10 sections and in each 5 state section he had several people....who were in the trenches....just like the foot-soldier in battle.................the one in the fox-hole knows the score.
He would e-mail them approx. every 3 weeks to see what was happening. My friend would in turn question myself and other brokers in different price properties as to what’s going on.
Now, you say if Alan had knowledge of what was going on.............WHY --- didn’t he stop the collapse of real estate before it imploded. All I can say is, either there are bigger players in the picture or if you have gone to a casino and watched a hot dice game in progress.... You know that eventually the player will lose, but when...that’s the question. Note...that Alan got out....before it hit the fan.
We have read in many different areas that - THIS WILL BE THE BIGGEST TRANSFER OF WEALTH this country has ever seen.....and we are living in it right NOW. :groove:
