Just recently finished the book and am excited to see how other great minds are think. I have been an accountant for 10 years. In that span I tried have different industries, different, companies, and also worked my a$$ off to become a CPA, hoping for something better. The only thing I have to show for all of my hard work were 1 to 2% increases in pay each year.
I'm done with waiting for things to come my way while working for an employer. I have always had above average to excellent performance reviews, but always knew they meant nothing. As someone who was always willing to go the "extra mile" for my employers, I never saw results. While researching ways to start my own business, I came across "Millionaire Fastlane" and decided to give it a read. All I can say is that it changed the way I think related to where I want to be.
I am someone who has several "pawns" and need to train my "king" how to properly execute. Right now I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none.
I am using this forum to help the way I think. I know that no one can tell me how I can get to the next level. This is all on me and I am going to work my a$$ off to create a better life for myself, my very supportive wife, and my daughter.
