I think I've reached a conundrum since my "business venture" is service-oriented, and I'm still figuring out if the audience actually wants my offer.

For example, I could offer a free Excel template for people to see the type of financial analysis I could do on their business. But at the same time, it would be generic that they may feel this doesn't apply to them.

It's starting to make me wonder if I'm targeting the wrong market need :|

That's a very good question.

I can't speak for everybody else, but in my case, I sometimes underestimate the kind of goals I'm setting for myself. I realized I needed to target more specific paint points since my approach has been somewhat broad.

To all the others, we make it this week. I closed two new customers. Perhaps this is going to be a new record week for me. The presentation was an A- so ten hours of prep time well spent.

Just have to get off the damm video done. Got 2 podcasts done so far.

Parse them out into groups of 6 or 8 for weekly and then have them all do a monthly together.

Dude, make the call. Sleep later. Do it once. Then pattern it to a bunch of people in your time zone to do your own call.

It was great seeing you all, hope to be part of the accountability group in my 2nd call next week.

Also, I heard @szalek and @ElDiablo looking to get on LinkedIn. I've quite an experience with LinkedIn where I grew my followers from 0 to 1k all organically and got some clients too. Due to some reasons, I wasn't active but now I'm getting back to it. I'll be glad to help you guys with anything if I can.

Unfortunately I missed last week's call as I went on vacation and I completely forget to mention it (I have put this call in my calendar as a weekly reminder now) - not good enough though. Anyway, I'll be back today.

These were my goals from 2 weeks back, I have completed all 3, however I'm not sure if I can count them as W's, since I went AWOL for a week.

Previous goals:
- Narrow the exact services to provide (make the proposition clear) Done
- Finish the landing page functionality Done
- Finish the design of the website (add images + commit to a design) Done

This week's goals:
- Write up long-form 3 Blog Posts
- Create a Readiness Assessment
