I'm new to this forum and highly ambitious. I have a ton of questions and I'm eager to learn from everyone. I don't want to waste your time with a bunch to read, so I won't include more info than I have to. If you are willing to offer any advise, please ask more and I will be happy to share as much info as I can. I'm sorry if these are basic questions and if anyone has any reading material to help, please let me know!!! I look forward to being a part of this community!
I just finished reading The Millionaire Fastlane and I'm ready to jump in and get busy. I have a bunch of ideas, but as MJ advises in his book, "monagamy leads to crazy fun polygamy". I'm doing a lot of research, trying to figure out which idea would be best to pursue.
I'm at the point now where I'm not sure if I should just jump in with no LLC or DBA and start calling businesses on a professional level. I have a solid idea that I want to pursue, but I feel like I need legal advise and accounting advice. I feel like I don't have the money at the moment to do it "right". MJ said in the book, I need A+ A's. I want to start an LLC, but I'm not sure that I should jump right into that (doing it cheap on something like legal zoom with little to no advise), or wait until I have the business and funding to back me with A+ A's (attorneys & accountants). I would to do my best from the beginning to limit my taxes. Do I need an accountant first? I would need legal advise on things like licensing agreements, non disclosure agreements, liabilities, etc.
So, does my business come first?? Or, do I take the idea, run with it, and form the business after it begins to roll and I have cash flow to buy the right A's.
