I'm building a video intensive site and I'm wondering if I should make any attempt at all to cater to dial up users. When I've tried to really compress my videos for dial-up they look like shit and I refuse to sell a shitty product.

I have one site with a lot of traffic (for me at least) and out of 13,000 people this week, only 1.68% were on dial up. Do you guys have similar numbers? Is it time to cut the phone line and let dial-up people fend for themselves?
