I am thinking of starting up a dog treats delivery business and I have an acquaintance that my wife has worked for that owns a dog walking business. I would love to team up with her and get a large and quick customer base. What should I offer her? I was thinking maybe a % of what all of her customers buy. I was also thinking of a finder’s fee where every new customer she brings me I would give her X amount of dollars. My concerns with the first idea is that the profit after giving her her cut may not be worth doing altogether. My concerns with the 2nd thought is that she may not think it's worth doing since she is only getting paid once and maybe she will start her own delivery business and cut me out altogether.
