There was a great article or video (don't remember) posted about 6 months ago about how to carve up a partnership agreement--something to do with each person getting 5% for being founding members, and then tasks being assigned a certain value.

I have searched and searched and can't find it. Anyone remember this article, and would be so kind to repost the link? :smx3:

Are you talking about the one that referred to how partners % can change over time? ANd what your partner is giving now may not apply in the future? Something along those lines?
