I've just put together the final draft of my 65,000-word book on branding, and now I need to submit everything in the proper format to be publishing on Kindle and Createspace within the next few weeks. What's the fastest/easiest/cheapest way to get everything prepared without sacrificing quality? I don't want to just take my chances with the first appealing offer on Fiverr. Can anyone recommend someone they've used for their own books? Thanks.
