Managing people

Flattening your organization can be helpful, if you have developed people who will be committed and take responsibility and accountability. Pushing down decision making only works well if you have people willing to make the decisions and accept accountability for those decisions.

This sounds like a great question that would be a great addition to this product I’m creating. If you have any more questions, submit them to How to Sell Anyone or How to Sell Anyone and you will have a chance to win the product!
