Today i relaunched Satinaa.com , i shut down all operations after getting to almost 10k a month super quickly , because our product had a major manufacturing flaw and I got 5 negative reviews in a row and panicked.

I'm back now , stronger than ever , after 3 long months of patience and no income.

Additionally , i feel kind of annoyed that i cant even afford skincare , or a gym membership now , it defiantly sucks to ask my parents for more money , after ALL they have donated so far to fund this random business that they don't even think will work out...

however , I have FULL conviction in this , my worries are with product development as we scale , I mean I really don't want to spend another 500 hours on product development id rather do marketing

so for that I plan to hire a EXPERT fashion designer , from CLO-3D forum themselves , anddd I plan to save up £100K as safe funds , to invest in our next batch of products , as we expand and after my debts have been payed off

Lots of water under the bridge since I was a ghostwriter writing fiction for the gentleman who introduced me to this forum. It became a chore to come here and wade through newbie posts about stuff that didn't have any value for me. I'm back because I've heard things are different. We'll see.

I have been working extremely hard on my business for the last couple years. I regret posting very little on this forum before, and by this missing out on the legacy membership upgrade. Happy to at least have met some of the Dutch fastlane members in real life after my initial posts back in 2021-2022 :thumbsup:

Since my failure I have read a lot.
Now I can confidently say one thing:
until I am acting and figuring things out myself, building and scaling a business myself, living and improving my philosophy myself, I will never know if things MJ and all other successful entrepreneurs say are applicable to me or aren't.

Learning finance now. Built a marketing system with my "best friend," and now he is a marketing GENIUS.
Learning about a monthly management accounting pack:
  1. Balance sheet (what we have)
  2. Income statement (what happened)
  3. Cash flow statement (how money moved)
  4. Action plan (next month's goals, like OKRs)
