Is there any tool, service or even simple way to check amazon to see competition for a type of product?

Not number of searches but actual competition level (low, med, high) for a type of product?

Searching for specific product with a model number is easy but what about checking competition for something like "electric razors" or "garter belts" to see how many sellers there are or at least competition level?
