If you haven't already, check out Functional Patterns as a system. Seems similar and is quite popular.

Had followed him for a long time but never bought his material.

Went down this guys funnel. Though there is some merit to his technique, and he has apparently brought about improvement in other people, my contention is that his approach is only indirectly beneficial.

And as evidenced by the guy's own development, he is clearly still incapacitated in crucial ways. In order to compensate for his own inabilities, he is convinced and teaching his students that a deep squat is bad for you. Or that mobility training is bad for you.

Took a few screenshots from some posts which illustrate the founder's inabilities.

Interestingly, one user posted the following comment:

The treatment approach is downstream of the creator's philosophy, which is a function of their own development and learning. He can only help people to his own ability. He can't do a comfortable deep squat, so he thinks this movement will bring about "hyperflaccid hips and knees since the ligaments around them become overly lengthened".

This is mental illness only conceivable by people who suffer from bad posture. Though an athlete or a master of any movement craft will have ultra mobile hip joints. That most people don't have mobility in the hip joints, and that the founder of this technique apparently also doesn't, is reflective of poor posture.

In short, I believe his entire approach is fundamentally flawed, his method is at best indirectly partially beneficial and at worst a form of mental illness which can leave the person with inferior posture than he started with.

As for my part, everything is coming together nicely. It's steady improvement, though I feel I can also challenge myself a little more.

I've reduced efforts on the fine tuning of the framework and investing more on the proof of work aspect of the project.

Ultimately, I think a compelling before and after story can convert better than any sort of framework ever could.

So that's where most of my work goes.

One of the main stories I want to tell is that of my deep squat development. This is in fact the story I want to pair with my lead magnet when I launch my first solution.

I have most of the story together, but I want my ability to be more refined before I pitch it.

This is the hardest part of where I'm at in my journey.

My improvement so far is noticeable, and worthy of an interesting discussion. But it's still less than outstanding.

I could launch something in as early as next month, grow brand awareness, build a list, offer free shit, and progressively refine my offer.

Or I could wait until I have a story I can tell in a 8-12minute YouTube video which will blow people away, and plug the offer at the back end of that.

I saw Mathew I Smith launch a very successful mobility program with this strategy. It was compelling enough that I bought his $400 course. It was a handful of YT videos and like ~20 IG posts at launch. But the most important thing about his approach was that he had a powerful before and after story. He can show you with pictures and videos his own development, as an adult, of progressing from inability to an impressive posture. He packages that into an educational material that I still find to be valuable today (though similar to other mobility programs I've purchased, it only indirectly helps with posture as opposed to my offer).

This is the general strategy I will mimic to start.
