We loaded a new test campaign for a client a couple of weeks ago. Budget is €10/day and bids were initially €0.20.

We weren't tracking conversions for the first few days, and I think we're at least double counting conversions now.

We spotted we were losing impression share due to budget so dropped bids from €0.20 to €0.05.

Notice how "Impression Share Lost (budget)" dropped to zero and "Impression Share Lost (rank)" then increased.

At €0.20 bids I reckon this campaign could spend €50-€100/day.
