Kurt - from what I've gathered, you sir, can impose some serious self discipline. Folks, I wouldn't mess with this guy in a diet contest! What will be your preferred method of shedding the weight? Round two of the dollar-a-day diet? Or did you have any takers on the all-honey diet??

lol, no, still cannot eat oatmeal since the $1 day diet. I have done this many times for money. Some weight loss efforts I have done are eating every other day, eating only applesauce and salads, eating one meal a day. I forget all of them.

I also went 4 days eating only carrots on a bet. That was fun.

No takers on the honey diet competition yet, thank goodness. I hate honey, but I am very curious about what effects eating honey only would have on my digestive system.

In all my bets, I have only lost once. One time I won by .1%.

On the flip side, I always marshmallow up to a brave new fat world after each time.

Of course, the spirit of this is different. Part of the past times was playing mental games with my competition to defeat them, where as this will function more as a support group.

btw- one of my favorite mind games would be once my weight loss would start to be quite profound, I would make sure I had dinner with the competition a few times in a week and make a pig of myself. So in their mind they might think- "he is eating like this and still losing all this weight, their is no hope for me." Fun stuff like that.
