Hi everyone,

I've recently started a business with the potential to become a fastlane venture, and I'm currently in the phase where I need to invest a lot of time, energy, and money into marketing. I could really use some input from you all.

Let me give you some background information first. I have created an online real estate marketplace for my home country, which is also a low-income country. This country doesn't have such a platform, and I'm the first and only one to establish it. Real estate agents typically post their properties in Facebook groups, and only a handful of agents have websites where they publish their portfolios.

After conducting some research, I found that there is a demand for an online real estate marketplace like those commonly found abroad. Now that the marketplace is up and running, I've managed to get a few listings, but I need more.

From my earlier research, I've identified five target audiences, and I plan to target them one by one with marketing campaigns. My goal is to get more listings on my website. Currently, listing properties is free, but I plan to make it a paid service in the future unless advised otherwise. Here are my target audiences:

1. Local people who want to sell/rent their houses and local people looking to buy/rent a house.
2. People in the diaspora who want to buy/rent in their home country or sell/rent their vacation homes.
3. Tourists and remote workers looking for accommodation in the country.
4. Investors interested in real estate in the country.
5. Related professions such as real estate agents who want to list their portfolios, and notaries, lawyers, and home decor stores who might want to advertise on the website.

My first goal is to mobilize target audience 1 to list on my website. I have hired a local marketing company to help me with social media posts on Instagram and Facebook to encourage people to list their properties. So far, I have only managed to get two houses listed, and that was before hiring the company.

My question to you all is, do you have any additional ideas on how I can best reach target audience 1 and get them to list their properties on the website? This group doesn't have as fast internet access as in Western countries, and not all of them are digitally savvy. However, the government is investing a lot in digitalization, and the country is making good progress in this area.

I would greatly appreciate any tips and tricks you can provide to help me get more listings. I'm also considering using local billboards and advertising at bus stops in the future. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Thank you!
