EDIT: This is a free idea for anyone to go and do. I'm not going to. Ideas are free, someone can execute on this and potentially be worth billions.

http://www.msnbc.com/msnbc/san-francisco-bans-sale-plastic-water-bottles-climate-change

San Francisco has banned water bottle sales on city property. Soon (or your market will lead to believe) they will be banned all over.

Business:
  • Create patented neoprene refillable water bottles, call them "envirobottles" (for example
  • Create refilling machine that sanitizes and refill envirobottles
  • As market increases add ability to refill bottles with any soda-fountain beverage
SWOT

Strength:
  • First to market proprietary water bottles/personal bottles
  • Patent makes everyone come to you for bottle and refill equipment
  • Selling point: convenience stores can replace entire coolers with one of your refillers (space, electric, stocking, savings)

Weakness:
  • New idea, very hard to create new category of product,
  • Very hard to build momentum
  • Very likely capital intensive

Opportunities:
  • multiple licensing opportunities for sports teams etcs, and venues
  • Liquid refreshment market is somewhere around $30 billion annually
.

Threats:
  • Soda giants don't like it, kill you off
  • Some regulation (health, etc) creates roadblock

Initial strategy:
  • Find most heavily trafficked convenience store in San Fran, beg borrow and steal to sell bottles and install refiller
  • spiral outward from that store. Big "Envirobottles" on windows

..That's all I got. Love it or hate it, it's a free idea that could change the world.
