Hey everyone. I have a small investment group and run into investment opportunities from time to time. Where this is a fastlane forum, the investment opps I usually seek out are passive. I know some of you guys have very specific criteria on where to invest your money. Since doing this I have really had to understand the concept of contacting people. It feels as though I am begging rather than presenting an opportunity.
With that being said, I would prefer to contact those who are open to new opportunities. I would never pressure anyone to invest or how to invest their own money but I do believe presenting an opportunity and being transparent about it is highly important, and to do so with those who are open to ideas.
I would like to network and find folks who would be willing for me to send them an email whenever I think there is a new opportunity available. I wouldn't send out much more than 1 email per month, if that. It's not like I would be sending out tons of emails each day or week. I would simply notify you if I see there is an opportunity that someone might find worthwhile.
