This is the actual calendar, with, as I said, 4 X 2 weeks of holidays which gives you more than enough time to travel.

The summer holiday starts July 6 and end with the start of the next school year on Aug 28th.

I guess I stand corrected.

So because the text didn't specifically spell out the two-month break they get, it's just invisible to you? And when Andy points out that kids get a summer break, you look at two different calendars and still can't see it?

I don't need to troll someone who struggles with reading comprehension.

But I love the attitude that says that two weeks is more than enough travel for a family...

On a forum that talks about time freedom and being able to do whatever you want...

From a guy who doesn't have kids of his own and is somehow upset that people go to Italy in the summer.

What an amazing world. What an amazing time. People actually get to travel in the summer. Normal people. With family. Millions of normal people every summer get to experience other places!

That's not a luxury or a privilege that our ancestors had the opportunity to experience. But now it happens all over the world. Even Belgians get to experience the wonders of a summer break.

Yeah Imma call people at 3AM to discuss something I've already discussed 10 times with them, great idea.

You're the one that called chatGPT your go-to.

I suppose if you feel the need to bug your friends with the same problem ten times at 3am it isn't surprising that you value things like:

1. Always available.
2. Never gets mad.
3. Won't get jealous, or try to have a bad influence on you.
4. More knowledgeable than anyone I know.
5. Won't judge me.
6. Remains partial.

You might want to try and regulate your late night urges, and start coming to decisions a little faster?

I'm glad for you that paying a robotic counselor is working out so well, but I'm sad for what that says about the state of humanity.

Still, the two posts I responded to provide a strange context to your commentary. You come off incredibly antisocial... on a forum where we connect with people.

But at this point I don't even know if I'm trolling. I'll let it go since I seem to be hitting a brick wall anyways.

Consistency is huge.

But Value is king.

People listen to Rogan because he had interesting things to say and interesting people to talk to. Without that his podcast would have gone the same way as Fear Factor. He has pointed out that show started getting repetitive and he only stayed for the check.

I once met a man who blogged everyday for 5 years. His website was huge.

And he averaged 200 visitors a month. Because he was saying the same boring stuff over and over again.

But he had one little interesting monthly gimmick that kept people coming back for that one article each month on the state of the Phoenix real estate market in his neighborhood.

He had several things that he did every month, and he blogged every day, but most of it was for nothing. People ignored it.

His one post got him 50-80% of his monthly traffic.

You can imagine how defeated he felt when I showed him how to read a Google Analytics report.

But to your point, because I'd seen that kind of consistency from him, I knew he was going to make a great client.

He was already pretty close to retirement, but we got a plan in place that had him retired within two years having sold more homes in those two years and he did in his previous 8. Mostly because we restructured his website to highlight that one thing and expand on it to several neighborhoods in N Phoenix.

We got a little lucky when a new development was announced and his website had monthly updated info about it long before the builder even put up a website. Even after they put up the website, we outranked them for several months. He sold as many homes there as the builder's captive agents. Lol.

Consistent Value or valuable consistency is truly king.

I actually think consistency has little to do with it, but more like excellent value. He created a productocracy, content that people want to hear, and the rest was history. His content resonated with a marketplace tired of mainstream narratives.

Likewise, countless entrepreneurs have been consistent but do not have the results.

For example, @Kak produced a podcast with 100s of episodes. Was he not consistent? HE WAS.

But he doesn't have Joe Rogan results (yet).

Why?

The difference lies in the value that they created, and how it resonates with a broader market.

And the broader market isn't ready for a message about personal responsibility and capitalism.

I can say the same thing for my work/books -- I've been here for 15 years posting daily-- consistency-- but still do not have the love and exposure of say, a RDPD or an Atomic Habits.

Again, my message doesn't necessarily appeal to the broader market, so my value appeal in general, suffers.
