MJ has an anti-spam tool that locks any post after a certain number of days, so I doubt the admins will be able to over-ride it. There is a common trick where marketers make a post and then come back after a month or two and drop links into their old posts to avoid the admins catching their spam.
They would have to give you admin rights to be able to edit it.
