Goal: 200 USD / day gross profit
- Account was automatically paused for having too many orders, so I manually overrode that setting and turned it back on
- Spoke with my local delivery vendor account manager and he has switch roles, but he mistakenly thought I wasn't shipping with them because I was unhappy with their service - he didn't know my account had been shut down. So before I even told him he offered me a rate discount, which I was happy to take
- Changed up my queues to look through my DB for things to buy when they are specifically listed by a competitor I trust
- This was not getting a great hit rate, so I ran a query to get some good candidates an ran against those as a priority - this resulted in about a 10% listing rate
- But that number seemed way to high, so I investigated and found a bug in how I detect if the item is already listed by Amazon directly. I fixed that and the listing percentage didn't drop too much - maybe about 8%
- Added 45k ASINs like this to the queue for now
