- The DE warehouse owner called me to give me an update on some of the operational issues he is solving. He will be having meetings with two of the couriers to ensure that deliveries happen daily and correctly. Thing look like they are going in the right direction with this vendor.
- Stopped running my AI validation bot for a while because it is still risky. Now that I'm getting ~20 orders per day it takes 10 days for my score to go up by 4 points. And if my transit time improves consistently for a few weeks, I expect to get way more than 20 orders per day.
- The SLA stats were broken so I fixed them and cross-checked the results. Then I needed to give them a target. I get the only avoid transit time penalties from Amazon if my OTD rate is above 95%, and the origin warehouse is only one of the places where things can go wrong in my supply chain. I have built some slack time in though, so I told them the goal for now is 95% - meaning that 95% of the shipments received are getting dispatched on the same day.
