Good idea. I may try that with the washing machine repairs campaigns.
How has this gone for your campaigns?
I predict this works better for younger adults (aka millennials) because they are more likely to be accustomed and open to this kind of format. Additionally, they text more than call.
Potential issues ( for local lead gen )
1. Are service-men gonna have slack or something like that to answer the messages in real-time?
2. Are the call centers bigger local service companies employ able to do this in addition to picking up phone calls?
Potential Solutions
1. I have used a slack integration for drift before but there can potentially exist a texting (low-tech) option for this as well.
2. I would say this would be dependent on the call center.
