My execution thread.

This will be my execution thread. I will update it weekly.

Currently ? Me and my friend have a small instagram store set up. Niche ? Polaroids, printeds canvases. Posters etc etc.

The store was originally created by my friend. Hes already ran ads before using pocket change. Good response overall.
Ive seen the stats and the business model makes sense.

For the future i plan on scaling the store. Expanding to other platforms and eventually the stores own website. I have some previous experiance in shopify so i also plan on using that too.

I do have other things going on. I plan on giving my IELTS soon. The student visa process will start after my school results (23rd september). I want to clear my ielts before then.
Hopefully changing my location and living in a wealthy western country should create more opportunities and help me with my fastlane journey.

for the polaroids, when the customer dm's us on our instagram store we give them 4-5 collections of polaroids. popular ones mostly (boy bands, aesthetic, anime, movie etc etc). if the want the polaroids custom printed they send us the pictures. after confirming the order the pictures are arranged kind of like the pictures u get when u go to a photo booth. we go to the main market and have all of the orders printed out on a big sheet. the sheets are cut, and the polaroids are packed into custom packing with a sticker that has our store name on it.

we ship the packages through a local courier service which accomadates online sellers and accepts cash on delivery.
