The solution to online success is getting others to do a lot of your work for you. Now this isn't necessarily because you are doing absolutely nothing. Your job is to see the big picture and expand. This is how:
You provide a database... let's say to list real estate properties. You seek out other companies online who would be good at finding people to list properties. Maybe they can call agents and let them know. Charge a small fee of like $30/month for listings.
Let's say your domain is realestatelistings.com - and you found a company who is a hunting outfitter and they would be great at convincing people to place their hunting land that is for sale on their site. The name of this company is let's say oh.. "huntingoutfiiter.com"
So you create a page off your domain located at realestatelistings.com/hunting-outfitter/
When you do this you create the page to match their own website. All you need to do is track the sales as to which page they are signing up from. Then you split the sales with those who get sign ups right down the middle 50/50. It is their affiliate program and yours to provide.
The key is to find hundreds of people over time who want to make money and can find people to list their real estate. Each time you would create them a page and track it, and make it look like theirs. They will be integrating that page into their site as well, linking to and from. This will help get you backlinks.
If you have all these people out there working for you bringing in money and signups, all you need to do is expand by finding new partners, creating pages, and writing checks. If people prefer paypal great. Pay quarterly unless they are bringing you enough money to pay monthly. You can work that out later obviously. Now this doesn't have to be real estate. If you want to do just car listings or snowmobiles.... maybe anything with a motor on it.
You could do any sort of listing. But you should concentrate hard on one niche. Now let's say you did real estate and it worked well. Then you could buy another domain and start from scratch, follow the same model and pick a new niche.
