On my journey thus far, I have found discipline to be my greatest fastlane component.
I'm not sure if it's my particular stage of my journey that my discipline skills are so important, or if there is a plateau effect somewhere along the line. Only seasoned fastlaner's can answer that.
I would suspect after a bit of time, things become automatic. Moreover, like MJ has said in the past, his analysis of what to do with funds or how he thinks about income (net profit), is an automatic split in the subconscious.
If you agree, why and how did you come to develop better discipline?
If you disagree, what's yours?
For me, I have recognized that discipline improvements in all areas equals massive action with less input. Greater focus, more "time" ROI (closer to 90/10 rule), harnessed creativity (set times to brainstorm future moves, managed by physical exertion, diet, and mental health/relaxation) are all improvements that are the result of attempting to develop better discipline.
I have to admit, it is not easy, and it's easy to default back to old ways.
What are some techniques you use or have used, not only to stay on track, but to improve?
