If you have some candid thoughts, feel free to share them for others here.
I'm just sharing some thoughts cuz I'm in a reflective mood.
1. My biggest mistake was to not sit on my decisions early on, and choose them from a calmer place
2. If I would have done anything differently, or sooner, I think helping my friends would have been the most powerful thing I could have done.
3. Instead of worry a lot about launching my big business idea, I should have just been happy I was working on it and satisfied that I'd make it into something some day.
4. Business is technically simple, but like spaghetti if you can't figure out the next step, just focus on the best next step, and don't force it, be willing to ease back an try another route with more common sense to it.
5. The biggest challenge is your expectations and satisfying your BS radar. Best thing to do is just get swallowed in your work.
Thats it.
Oh and just take care of yourselves.

Most assonine behaviour comes from people who are kicking their own a## way too much.
Don't let fear drive you.
Keep your friends close, and your fear even closer, and help your (good)friends when you are scared.
The path will be hard internally, don't let it change your best qualities.
I'm sorry, but I just don't have any better advice.

I really hope you guys make it.
Just candidly, there is no secret, except to not choose the path that flips you out like "I knew it! You b#stard!" or brown nosing.
Just be a person of worth.
