I think I just snatched a 3k camera lens for $850 from ebay.

Or I got scammed.

But can I get a refund if the seller violates the listing description?

Either I got very lucky or I'm about to find out the meaning of "there is no free lunch".

Yes. Ebay has really good buyer protection and almost always sides with the buyer when there's a claim of items arriving not as described.

Kadence is just faster. And whatever I want to customize or fix, even as a non-technical person, I can always figure it out quickly.

I remember Elementor as very clunky and annoying. I hated their slow drag and drop experience. There were a lot of things I had no idea how to change.

I find Elementor easier though that's probably just because that I'm good in tech

Yes. Ebay has really good buyer protection and almost always sides with the buyer when there's a claim of items arriving not as described.

As someone who has sold millions on ebay, believe me when I tell you that the buyer protection is insanely overpowered.

It's the price of business, but in the end I just conceded to writing stuff off when I lost say $200 on a sale (buyer saying didn't arrive, I have tracking that it did).

It may have changed now, but it was crazy. On the flip side it makes me a lot more open to speculative purchases on ebay. Shit pictures/listings don't phase me because I know how protected buyers are.

Just like twitter it has problem with showing up with profits, but reddit has much more authentic content which could be useful data to feed into ai for machine learning unlike twitter which is swarmed with marketers trying to promote themselves.

The breath of reddit content is enormous. You can search for trading ideas such as small cap ai stocks and etf and find a thriving sub community or other super obscure topic such as falling birth rate in ancient Rome elites.

I am always amazed how google searches lead me to reddit.

Use PageSpeed Insights to check your speed this is what showed for me

Man, I've spent hours now fixing this and there is so much, lol.

But it reminds me of Alex Hormozis theory of constraints.

I could change my site copy from a 70/100 to an 80/100 to improve my ads by 15%.
Or I change the performance from a 19/100 to a 60/100 and triple my business.

Can anyone suggest an alternative to ChatGPT that doesn't censor too much?

I like to use ChatGPT to combine different ideas to produce funny content, but sometimes the app refuses to come up with a response.

I don't produce any content that is in any way related to pornographic novels, gambling or excessive violence, but the app is sometimes too restricted for my taste.

I said great, I'll rent a Uhaul, and come get it, but when I asked the address, she said someone else was coming and she'd message me if they didn't show.

A couple hours later she messages me and asks when I can get the item because the other person fell through. I said 1pm. When she didn't respond, I prompted her by reminding her I need to go soon to get the truck. She responds and says another person is coming for it, but she'll message me if they fall through. Also, she's not available between 1pm - 4pm today...

I said don't bother messaging me again.

Ive sold almost everything ive put up online. If you leave it there long enough, despite all the BS and lowball offers, someone always comes through. I live in populated South Florida but could be the same everywhere. "Is this still available?" then GHOST lol

I have had the same issue before. I've found it best to not write "is it still available?"

I just say something like "I can leave to pick it up now or this morning as early as 10. Can you give me the address and the time that's best for you?"

They are looking for someone who definitively says they are going to make it and when and not 10 people that ask if it's still available. Anything that looks like a hurdle and a lot will dump you and move on to the next guy. Waiting for you to rent a trailer will put off some people. They don't want to waste a day. Many won't call you to tell you the deal is off if they have someone else get it. They just move on with life.

I ended up getting a photographic enlarger free because the woman who was offering it had so many people flake. She offered it at $50 then ultimately free and people still gave her the runaround. I got there and offered her $50 anyway because I had seen both ads and the unit is perfect. She wouldn't take it. She was just happy that someone actually did what they said and made me promise to use it because it was special to her dad and he would have wanted someone to use it.

When there is repossession of any asset, does the bank reach out to you to sell to you the asset at low interest rate and at a price lower than the average market value?

Do you have to be a big player like BlackRock to get something like a real estate 'package' deal when a market crash happens or do they reach out to anyone who they deem loaded?

I’ve spent the last 6 hours and 11 minutes attempting to solve a rubix cube.

I’ve watch a tutorial over 20 times. I got to the last step 3 times, but somehow his would be finished and mine would look like someone scrambled it.

6 hours and 11 minutes, sore fingers, a few tears and some anxiety later, someone broke the rubix cube and adjusted it, sometime within the last 7 years I’ve had it, making it impossible to solve (unless I break it apart and replace it)

I’m done with any 3x3 square with colors for the next few years.

EDIT: I just tried it again for fun, without a tutorial, and I did it. Sub 5 mins

I'm in a math class that keeps using the number of days in a month in their examples, which I never bothered to learn. So here is a trick to remember, using your left-hand. The months have 31, 30, or 28 days. If you can remember 31 is high, 30 is low, and 28 (February) is the exception, it's easy enough.

Either I'm watching too much doom-porn, or the government is going to print so much money that it becomes worthless, or both. I was waiting for a correction in the housing market, but now I think they just printed so much money, no prices are coming down. Same with the stock market. No crash, just money has a lot less value. They've been doing this since Reagan, but seems to be accelerating.
